Q. Are your courses accredited?

A. Yes! They are all fully accredited and insurable,  meaning once you've passed you can gain your own insurance and start to work. I even have a discount code for you to use on your own insurance 

Q. Do I get a manual and certificate?

A. Yes! You get one of my detailed in depth manuals and a shiny certificate 

Q. Can I learn out of hours or on weekends/ bank holidays?

A. Yes you can, we will arrange suitable dates and times together. I will need at least 7 days notice, if you need to re arrange 

Q. Do you courses include kits?

A. Yes. I also have prices for kits to be excluded if you wish, just ask

Q. Do you ask for case studies?

A. Yes, I ask for at least 2 case studies for you to complete in your own time. These include before and after pictures and commentary on what went well or not so well, what you would do better next time and client feedback 

Q. How long is each day?

A. I usually start at 10am and finish around 4 but if you have other commitments and need to be earlier, we can arrange this

Q. Will I need to bring lunch with me?

A. Yes, I have refreshments included and there are plenty of local shops nearby but you will need to bring your own food for lunchtime.

Q. What if I don't feel confident after learning?

A. Not a problem at all, if you're not ready to pass the course. I will support you until you are ready. I offer shadowing days with me in salon and have an open door policy which means you are welcome to come and practice in salon at any time
